Orders & Shipping

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Options & Timelines

• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days.
• Express shipping: 2–3 business days.
• Same-day delivery: available in select cities on eligible orders.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Express and same-day options may carry an additional charge.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also track your order any time from your account dashboard under "My Orders".

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may vary, and in rare cases we may be unable to deliver to certain locations. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you; for any prepaid order we cannot fulfil, the amount paid will be returned. Please note we do not otherwise offer returns or refunds — see our Replacement Policy.

6. Delays
